President of Humanitarian without Borders,
International peace ambassador
Born to a known Iraqi family in Kut, Mustafa faced what life had to offer in his country at an early age. His family – like thousands of Iraqi families- looked for a better life resulting from the turbulent living conditions in Iraq. His first living experience outside Iraq was in neighbor Jordan in 1991.
After studying music in 1995-1996, a milestone in his international recognition was in Dubai in 1998 , where he launched his first produced singing album. From there Mustafa started touring Arab and international concerts, always strengthening his ties with persons and institutes sharing his vision. In the following years he embarked in the journey of settling in Europe, and Germany was his choice.
A noticeable consequent milestone was him being invited to perform during the football match start ceremony of the first football game for the Iraqi team after 2003. This was FIFA’s way to welcome back this country in the international football arena and Mustafa witnessed and participated in this event with a large media coverage in Milan, Italy, 2008. During the match Mustafa was offered to serve as a Peace Ambassador, and the rest was history as the say.
At the end of 2014, he decided to end his music carrier to focus on German politics. With the support of the German government, Al-Ammar decided to help refugees and to reform the Integration system.
